Key Responsibilities:
  • • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
  • • Email and Communication Handling: Screen, respond to, and organize emails and calls.
  • • Errand Running: Handle personal errands such as dry cleaning, grocery shopping, pickups/drop-offs.
  • • Travel Coordination: Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and create detailed itineraries.
  • • Event Planning: Assist with planning events, dinners, or social gatherings.
  • • Document Management: Organize digital and physical files, scan, print, and prepare documents.
  • • Personal Reminders: Keep track of important dates (birthdays, renewals, deadlines).
  • • Household Coordination: Schedule and oversee home maintenance or services (cleaning, repairs, deliveries).
  • • Financial Tracking: Help manage personal expenses, track receipts, and handle reimbursements.
  • • Discretion and Confidentiality: Handle all matters with the highest level of privacy and professionalism.
  • Salary is Negotiable

This company is a great way for people to get a jump on others through their group classes of exercise or the personal training they could receive. Throughout the day I am working with the different coaches either helping coach the certain classes they have or just shadowing to give me a better understanding of how to approach these situations on my own. Everybody there is very helpful and wants to see me succeed, which gives me a great overall feeling about the company.
